Paper & Parcel accepts payment via Paypal only. It’s fast, easy and all major credit cards worldwide are accepted. No account is required.  Purchases with e-check will not be shipped until payment has cleared.  I do not accept personal checks.



All orders shipped within Colorado are charged the appropriate sales tax at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.



Paper & Parcel ships via the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders are typically shipped USPS Priority Mail.   Delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you need a package shipped sooner than the estimated times, rush delivery, or would like your order shipped via UPS or FedEx, please contact me. Additional fees may apply.



Most international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. Shipping fees and delivery time vary per country. Delivery confirmation or a tracking number is usually NOT available on orders outside the United States; however, a tracking number is available for certain countries such as Australia, Canada, and the UK. Please contact me for more details.


International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs charges and taxes associated with your purchase.  Delivery time, customs, and reliability depend on your own country's postal system. PAPER & PARCEL CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. Sometimes orders arrive within a week while others can take up to a month or more to reach you.



The number of proofs included with your order will be outlined in the pricing quote or proposal of service. Additional rounds of proofs due to requested design or wording changes outside the allowance for your order will be subject to a $50 per proof fee. This fee will be charged at Paper & Parcel's discretion.



Before printing and assembly, you will be sent a final proof(s) by email for your approval. Review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Please double and triple check the proof. I highly recommend having at least one or two other people review the proof(s) besides you. Once you have approved the final proof(s), no further changes are allowed after this point without an additional fee, and Paper & Parcel is not responsible for any misspellings or incorrect information.



Exact design and production time(s) varies for each order. Paper & Parcel will provide you with an estimate of the design and production time based on typcial process times and the specification of your order. Paper & Parcel prides itself in providing proofs and design changes as quickly as possible.  Any delays or excess time in (including but not limited to) submitting wording, color choices, and changes to proof(s), or requested changes to the design, willl require additional time to complete your order. Please plan your time accordingly. Requests for design and printing outside the typical process time will be considered rush.



If you need your order faster than our typical process time, rush ordering is avaliable. Rush orders can be accomodated at an additional fee.  Please contact Paper & Parcel for information regarding rush options.



Due to the inherent nature of handmade, subtle variations will occur in ink coverage, color, impression, position, and paper.  The result is a truly beautiful and one-of-a-kind piece of art.



Colors vary from monitor-to-monitor. Please do not assume that the color on your screen or from your home printer is accurate. Slight color variations on printed pieces may occur. This variation may depend on ink coverage from one piece to another, difference in printing technique, or paper color. Paper & Parcel is not responsible for any slight or expected disparity or discrepancy in color.



All sample purchases, excluding postage, will be credited toward an invitation order once placed. Paper & Parcel reserves the right to print extras of your order to be used as samples for marketing purposes and distribution to perspective clients. If you prefer for this not to occur, please let me know.



Paper & Parcel does its best to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If, upon receipt, you find that your order is damaged, please contact Paper & Parcel immediately. Any damage must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.



All designs and documents are the exclusive property and copyright of Brooke Chandler and may not be distributed or resold for any reason - even upon full payment.



If you need to cancel your order, please let me know in writing as soon as possible.  Refunds are made based on work completed through the date of cancellation. Orders are nonrefundable once they have been sent to print.
